Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day troubleshooting of and regular service report. Prepare weekly/biweekly/monthly service report which mainly includes the technical support activities and current issues.
Tracking problem escalation until resolution. For any major problem out of his knowledge, he/she should escalate in time to the expert support team.
Check and analyze the data configurations and operation status of equipment in the network regularly and develop a report of the check results.
Maintain and manage the configuration information in the network
Be the single point of contact of the service for equipment in the network.
Provide technical answers and maintenance knowledge associated with equipment to the customer.
Participate in scheduled operational and maintenance meetings to give expert guidance and advice.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Overseas work experience and be able to communicate in English
Master Huawei IMS product skills, understand signaling process, and basic device commands.
Master VoLTE service commissioning and maintenance experience.
Minimum 2 years working experience with IMS product.
Previous experience in Huawei projects is highly desirable.
