Role Responsibilities
Work with the L&D and People and Culture management team to conduct needs assessments, and identify skill/knowledge gaps.
Plan, administer, schedule, and support learning events including meetings, classes, and webinars. Create and update video training aids, manuals, and course collateral.
Collaborate with L&D Manager to ensure learning resources align with MarketForce’s performance management program and meet performance objectives, measure outcomes, and recognize accomplishments.
Contribute to the L&D curriculum, in line with company values and specific business outcomes.
Design and develop supporting materials (for example simulations, games, assessment tools, etc) to enhance learning experiences.
Assist L&D Manager with recruitment process from job description checking, to new employee orientation, initiate onboarding process, and conduct onboarding sessions as needed.
Support learner management and learning logistics management, including: Setting-up training, providing support to instructors on logistic matters, virtual session production, post-course administration, compiling and analyzing evaluation results.
Maintain FTE records for all staff via an in-house learning system
Provide on-site support during overseas/external training programs
SharePoint site content management
Reports to: Learning and Development Manager
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience working in L&D, developing eLearning, micro-learning, blended learning, and live session content.
Experience in establishing the needs of learners and creating learning solutions for a range of audiences.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to deliver training and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of adult learning theories, learning technology, and human-centered design.
Demonstrable experience in iterative design and prioritizing progress over perfection.
Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills.
Familiarity in various virtual delivery platforms and online interaction tools
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to multitask, as well as work independently and cohesively in a team
Detail-oriented and possess initiative
An understanding of the startup environment is a major plus
