About the Role
The Local Channel Manager is responsible for building a partnership network and delivering sales results through channels and agencies. You will work as the primary resource for developing business partners and growing relationships. You will be responsible for educating our channel partners on what R-S offers and arranging business meetings with various corporate clients to sell our products.
Your focus will be on sourcing, recruiting, and managing new and existing channel partners to generate high-quality leads and subsequent revenues. It includes the full life cycle of the channel partner sales from prospecting through to commercial and contractual negotiation and signing, followed by nurturing the relationship with those partners.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the ICT industry, familiar with the B2B model,be familiar with local channel distribution network, good relationship with distributors , SI,
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate customers relationship development and maintenance, be able to deliver sales results through others;
Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE are plus.
Combined Cisco/DELL/HPE/HUAWEI/ARUBA/FORTINET/JUNIPER project management experience is a plus.
Detail orientated, analytical, ability to think quickly and high results orientated.
Good command of written and spoken English, good negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
