Outreach Mobilizer

Main Purpose of the Role
To assist the Outreach Supervisor to implement City Eye Hospital’s Outreach Strategies through community mobilization in a bid to ensure that we achieve a wider reach in our community based programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct surveys on eligible areas for community outreach programs.
Assist in planning and coordination of community outreach camps.
Take part in community outreach camps in the capacity assigned.
Work closely and network with community stakeholders to mobilize for outreach camps.
Assist in preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Outreach reports.
Take part in company projects and carry out any other tasks that may be assigned to you by your
Line Manager and/ or any other person placed in authority over you.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Diploma or higher in any business related field
Previous work experience in a similar capacity or social work of at least 2 years
Must have a valid PSV driving license
Must be licensed to drive heavy vehicles

Key Skills and Competencies Required

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in high pressure situations.
Must be willing to work in Nyeri. Locals are encouraged to apply
