Customer Solutions Engineer Talent Acquisition Specialist

We have seen an influx of Saccos that are seeking for effective solutions that will enable them offer efficient services to their members. In this regard we require a person who has a deep understanding of the Sacco sector and can front our solutions to the Saccos in the country and specifically within regions
Responsibilities

Excellent communications regarding issues timeline, both internally and externally towards customers
Prioritising and categorising issues accordingly and reacting accordingly to SLAs
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Full ownership of issues and following through until issue is solved

Requirements

Experienced of Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and prioritise accordingly
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Bonus: previous experience on technical support
