Additional Information
The above-mentioned vacancy has arisen within the Operations/HSEQ Department. Reporting to the Operations/HSEQ Managers, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following: –

Operations/HSEQ Managers diary:  Coordination of Operations/HSEQ Manager’s diary and his office functions.
Travel & Accommodation:  In liaison with HR & Administration, coordinate travel & accommodation for the departmental staff, as well as Delegates on Mission to the affiliate.  Ensure that the payments for the same are processed on time.                                                                                    
Leave & Organogram Management: Draw the Departmental Leave Plans and ensure implementation.  Keep the organograms updated.
Depots Coordination:  Coordinate depot requirements / housekeeping at depots, physical movement and storage of unused furniture/files.

General secretarial duties: 

Manage entire chain of documents movement to include digital archiving.
Housekeeping for the departments.
Follow-up on ongoing programs e.g. Share Capital / Online trainings / Surveys etc..  to ensure timely completion and possible 100% rate participation.
HSEQ:  Observe safety and security as prescribed by HSEQ guidelines.
Any other duties commensurate with this role
