Recruitment of customers
Enhancing visibility of Safaricom Home Fibre by branding the allocated estates
Setting up the customers and ensuring timely delivery of services
Providing timely, high-quality advice and support to the customers
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Achieve set Acquisition and Revenue targets month on month.
Upselling & cross-selling packages for potential clients.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Sales related Field
Good written and communication skills
Time management skills
Must be diligent,aggressive and people oriented
Fast Learner and passion on sales
Must exhibit confidence and have an outgoing personality
Creativity and commercial awareness
Past Experience in FTTH door to door sales
