Brand Manager

You will:

Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers & ensure quick response to customer complaints.
Ensures the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand expectations and targets as well setting sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
Ensure that the showroom and vehicles on display are clean and in order and that they adhere to JLR corporate identity & a full range of JLR vehicles displayed in the showroom as well as monitor vehicle demos & test drives.
Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
Manage and maintain an optimum vehicle inventory level by ensuring there is an ideal model mix, specification mix, and color mix, by constantly reviewing market conditions, sales trends and OEM supply.
Generate periodic reports and insights to share with the OEM and Inchcape leadership teams.
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
Ensures brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions, supports the development and execution of digital and social advertising programs for the business

Your key experience will be:

Experienced in commercial sales, marketing, business development, and project management areas
Experience in the automotive luxury brands or international organizations is advantageous
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with all levels of the business
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
Proficiency with CRM software & CMS platforms
Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
Outgoing and service-oriented attitude

You’ll ideally have the following qualifications etc:

Minimum of First degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Social Science, Engineering or related field
Proved work experience in Brand management, Marketing, Sales with over 5 years experience with people leadership experience (at least 2 Years)

Good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Confidence to deal with people at all levels, both internally and external to the organisation
Customer relations management
Project management
Knowledge of financial modelling & scenario planning
Good understanding of governance processes and requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including influencing, report writing and presentation skills
Able to integrate and balance big-picture concerns and issues with day-to-day activities and tasks
Able to analyse and draw accurate conclusions from financial and quantitative information
Excellent organisational skills
