The Web Optimization Manager is responsible for website platform and process management, driving and optimizing the effective usage of eaton.com as a key revenue-driving channel for Eaton.
Your Main Responsibilities
Expert on the content and publishing structure of eaton.com, including all integrations with up and downstream applications
As EMEA product owner for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), in liaison with IT, lead a focus on platform enhancements to support effective utilization and optimization of web-related processes. Drive business understanding and utilization of the full range of these capabilities.
Ensure the seamless integration of dependent applications to AEM, such as Percolate, Eloqua, Google Analytics, Usabilla, Endeca and Product Data Warehouse
Drive operational excellence and efficiency improvements for both the public eaton.com and secure, logged in experience
Build, manage and enhance PowerBI dashboards to support operational, performance and outcome insight for the web, supporting data-driven decision making for the business.
Qualifications
Your essential skills we are looking for:
Education level desired: Bachelor’s Degree
5-8 years of related experience, ideally in Web/Digital Marketing-related roles
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation and document software. E.g. The Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have: Project management experience, ideally Agile/SCRUM; Knowledge of website content management tools, HTML; Analytical skills; Dashboard creation skills, ideally Microsoft PowerBI
Fluent in English language
