About the job
The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the online revenue target, understanding our customers (personalization), driving customer acquisition and retention. This job requires a high level of obsessive attention to data, understanding what motivates Vivo customers to purchase items online, their behaviour and working with the ShopZetu teams to close gaps during the digital customer journey. We are looking for a digital specialist who can conceptualize, create, and master plan the digital sales journey, and engage with the ShopZetu team to increase Vivo transactions and revenue targets.
Online revenue and profitability
Create a digital sales plan with the ShopZetu team in order to meet online sales targets, as well as develop digital marketing strategies.
Set and achieve digital KPI’s including conversion rates, CTR, CPC, customer acquisition cost and so on.
Create a Digital Marketing calendar in collaboration with the ShopZetu team. Manage the digital marketing calendar and budget with ShopZetu ensuring spend is optimised.
Monitor performance on all digital platforms (social media, newsletter, SMS activations, Google etc.) using Google Analytics and Facebook business manager to ensure the campaigns are delivering the agreed-upon return on ad spend.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Ensure weekly reporting on digital sales performance with associated KPI’s. Coordinate inventory requirements with the Merchandising teams.
Identify trends and insights to inform your strategy
Customer Experience
Monitor the digital customer journey and notify ShopZetu of any issues. Collaborate with the ShopZetu team to improve the customer journey by adding ancillary items that increase basket size.
Increase the visibility of the Vivo website in order to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the ShopZetu.com market place. Ensure that all Vivo banners on ShopZetu are regularly updated.
Collaborate with the ShopZetu content teams to keep Vivo content current and relevant.
Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Managers to build a content repository and a weekly newsletter for Vivo’s most engaged customers. Make a promotional and marketing calendar for each quarter.
Ensure that content is A/B tested on a regular basis in order to improve KPIs and the consumer experience.
Constantly assess digital landscapes to identify market shifts or new trends.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience on ShopZetu.com
Analyze data to understand our online customers, purchase trends, and sales opportunities.
