iSON Xperiences one of the largest BPO service provider in Africa has a vacancy for a Business Development Manager – GOLD VISA IMMIGRATION PROGRAMME to be based out of our Kenya office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential customers; including cold calling potential leads to market a residency by investment scheme to potential investors who meet the qualifying investment criteria for a Gold Visa Immigration programme.
Research, monitor, evaluate and identify new opportunities to market the Gold Visa Immigration Programme to Corporates and Individuals.
Initiate new contacts with key stakeholders and decision makers with the aim to convert these opportunities to closed deals.
Promptly address potential customer queries and consistently undertake follow-ups.
Track and maintain business development database; status update; and BD pipeline.
Research and generate potential leads through existing own network, business forums, referrals, and market intelligence.
Work closely with the lawyers, immigration consultants and other internal stakeholder to close the leads.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 5 years of experience in BD & sales in immigration; or experience in Real estate business development resources and can leverage on connections to up-sell Gold Visa Immigration Programme.
Excellent networking skills, tenacity, persuasive and goal-oriented.
Comfortable making cold visits and initiating new networks.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Outstanding presentation skills.
Ability to professionally and communicate confidently.
