The role
Unlike any other e-commerce company in Kenya, we want to create a personal connection with our customers. Our delivery riders are the most important touchpoint that customers have with Greenspoon. Therefore we are looking for the best delivery riders of the country. The riders should be a true representation of the Greenspoon brand, master driving with our vans and deliver an ‘honestly delicious’ experience for our customers. The rider is responsible for the deliveries in the neighborhood he/she covers.
The profile of riders that we are looking for is the following:
Extremely friendly and polite
Funny!
Positive mindset
Strong communicator toward customers, but also internally
Very honest
Excellent English
Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and traffic
Creative on how to get orders to customers in time
Can do mentality
Working as a rider is fun: you have good work life balance as you work during the day and you make your customers happy with delicious products. You will receive a fixed compensation and every week you are eligible for a variable reward based on:
Customer feedback
On time in full order delivery
Delivery efficiency
Qualifications:
Motorbike license (motor bike + preferably car)
Having a smart phone (to install driver app) – we give airtime
Living close to Kikuyu or willing to move
