RIDER-SUPERVISOR.
Our client is seeking to employ a rider -supervisor preferably with experience as a security guard.
Responsibilities;
Align with riders to solve problems.
Hold meetings with riders.
Assisting Dispatchers over communication channel related to riders.
Ensures compliance on rider equipment.
Check absent riders and inform.
Qualifications;
Should have previous proven experience in a security firm.
Must have a valid driving license for motorbikes.
Effective Team management skills.
Flexibility.
