WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An analytical, results driven back end developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. Using their understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create more seamless experience for users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Collaboration with frontend developers and other team members to establish objective and design more functional cohesive codes to enhance user experience.
Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Creation of database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Clear understanding of AWS architecture.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Degree in computer programming, computer science or related field.
Expert in Python, knowledge of Django web framework.
Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi process structure.
Good understanding of server side templating languages.
Basic understanding of Vue.js and mobile app development such as Android and iOS native.
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Familiarity with event driven programming in Python.
Understanding of differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile v desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
