Enterprise Digital Product – Operations Lead

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

All Airtel digital products are meant to enhance internal team productivity so this role require close working with Airtel internal team.

Key Accountabilities

Roll out of product upgrades across markets with regard to pre-requisites closure, internal teams induction, Post go live testing.
Ongoing management of product issues, due to business or technical reasons, and work on resolving them in a structured way.
Closely work with Airtel internal enterprise team across Airtel Africa markets / countries to drive adoption of Enterprise digital products in given markets
Work with Airtel internal team on UAT closure as per timelines
Manage UAT feedback / issues with IT team to manage corrections and product improvement.
Roll out of product upgrades across markets with regard to pre-requisites closure, internal teams induction, Post go live testing
Performance analysis highlighting function-wise areas of concerns and improvements.
Analyze data on service features & overall adoption and share feedback to improve product features,
Spread awareness/ education drives to cover any knowledge gaps/ corrective steps.

Education & Experience

Minimum 5 years experience with 2-4 years in a similar role.
Graduate degree with an MBA being an added advantage.
Previous experience in telecom industry especially in Enterprise domain (B2B sales/ operations/ Project management.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to handle, prioritize, multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft presentation tools
Excellent attention to detail and judgment
