Duties and Responsibilities
Contacting Participant and caregivers
Ensuring strict adherence to research protocol SOP’s
Ensuring Informed consent carried out
Ensuring all Data collection –qualitative and quantitative is conducted as per protocol
Overseeing participants to ensure informed consent
Day to day management of research assistant
Ensuring study finances are accounted for liquated in a prompt manner.
Provide weekly updates to principal coordinator
Coordinate study entry process to health facilities ensuring good working relationship
Qualifications
Diploma in Nursing, Social Science, Counselling, Community Health or Anthropology
Experience as a qualitative research assistant within research studies is essential
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ research experience preferably within research setting
Knowledge of Dedoose application is added advantage
