Talent Acquisition Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare JD for open positions in Jiji
Advertise through various recruitment sites, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and telegram job groups current job openings
Screen and shortlist applicants CV’s
Conduct one on one interviews
Liaise with line managers to organize bar raiser interviews when need be
Prepare and administer test tasks relevant to current job opening
Give applicants and interviewee’s feedback on their application

REQUIREMENTS

2 years’ experience in recruitment in a busy HR or recruitment firm
Degree/ Diploma in HR or related field
Member of various job search groups
Knowledge of use of LinkedIn to recruit
Aggressive in sourcing of applicants
Confident, fast leaner and ability to multitask
