About the Role
The successful candidate will also be accountable for efficiently and effectively managing online and offline communication to increase MediaPal brand awareness and product promotion.
About You
Help to identify new, creative ways to engage our clients and partners through experiential events
Coordinate a programme of online webinars, working with sales and product leaders, that generates new leads, demonstrates thought-leadership and reinforces key product and brand messaging
Leading the MediaPal Branding Startegy and Products with a global focus
Manage conferences, sponsorships and hosted events, including communications, branding, content, on the ground support and measurement
Track speaking engagements, PR, webinars, and panels in a centralized location to promote cross-sell efforts
Research and validate marketing investments (conferences, awards, etc.); stay abreast of the market emerging trends
Coordinate email, social and online marketing to promote our in-person and online event program
Oversee event-related logistics, including but not limited to ordering and tracking event inventory such as brochures materials, giveaways, etc.
Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue and budget.
Manage all social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
Developing content plans and generating and proofreading of monthly newsletters.
Responds to a variety of inquiries and information requests internally and externally; prepares related correspondence.
Develops and manages existing and new social media tools to disseminate content
Prepare and execute digital strategies for driving brand and product awareness, including utilizing paid, owned and earned media
Implement ideas and concepts within budget.
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree in Marketing/PR/Journalism
2-4 year’s experience in Marketing and Communications, PR and working in cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in marketing and content creation metrics, KPI tracking, ROI analysis and testing.
Past experience with digital marketing strategy, execution and best practices is preferred.
Experience in producing business-orientated marketing and communication information
Copywriting and content development experience is a preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High analytical ability, able to review / assess / make recommendations as a result of analysis
Previous experience working with an Advertising/Communication/PR agency would be advantageous
A quick learner with the ability to be adaptive to a fast-paced and changing environment
Video and photo editing skills will be preferred
