To lead products and service innovations through collaboration with cross functional teams and ecosystem partners to build customer-centric solutions for CSquared customers. To champion an innovative culture internally and externally and attract a pool of creative talent to enhance our offerings.
Responsibilities
Own and drive product development life cycle through the Product development Framework.
Work closely with Customer Experience teams to develop customer centric products and services with delightful customer journeys.
Engage with customers in the Ideation stage of Product life cycle to ensure fidelity to the Voice of the Customer.
Develop Product Specification Documents to guide the development process.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure technical feasibility in product development.
Work with Business Development to ensure commercial viability of products and services.
Defines the UI and most appropriate design & solution architecture for launching new offers to the market as well as up-grading /overhauling existing offers
Work together with technical teams in order to design, configure and deliver the systems, products and services to meet innovations requirements in a timely fashion.
Drive regular product performance reviews to ensure they meet set metrics.
Ensure compliance with the Innovations governance process.
Secure and safe-guard Csquared’s intellectual properties assets.
Maintain up to date documentation of all products and services.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years + work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving systems engineering.
Work experience in computing, distributed systems, storage, or networking
Experience designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.
Experience working in Cloud environments.
Cloud Certification – AWS, GCP, MS Azure
