Job Purpose
To receive, record, store, issue spare parts, stocks and materials in the Service Centre and ensure their security and records accuracy. To ensure availability of spare parts for repairs at all times
Job Responsibility and Accountability
Issue requested and approved spare parts to technicians via laid down ISO processes and procedures.
Overseeing the Parts Store management and the security of company assets.
Sourcing locally of smaller and frequently used parts to ensure that same are always available for repair jobs.
Assist Technicians in getting correct part numbers or substitutes for parts.
Monitor minimum order levels and coordinating same trends with the Service Center Manager.
Monitoring inventory levels and place timely orders for parts to ensure fill rate is at 100 %.
Management of pending parts requisition and coordination of same with the Service Center Manager to ensure timely delivery of parts for pending repair jobs.
Update and keep track of current pending parts requirements and recommend it to parts-in charge for immediate parts order.
Ensure the Parts Store management and the security of company assets.
Cycle counting of random and selected inventories to curb loss and keep stock accuracy at 100%
Sales of spare parts to customers.
Keep an updated inventory record at all times.
Ensuring that BIN locations accurately reflect the inventory in description and count
Qualification
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical and Electronics engineering or Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.

Experience
Must have technical experience of 3 year preferably from an electronic appliance company.
