Duties
Serve as Team Lead of Performance and Analytical activities in the Human Resources Office.
Will supervise two Human Resources (HR) Assistants managing and administering Performance Management Process, LE Staff Orientation, HR data analytics, and LE Staff on-boarding processes.
Incumbent will manage the entire coordination and processing of Mission Incentive Awards program, and Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) program.
Is expected to manage HR administrative related duties as assigned to include but not limited to researching and drafting of all Management Notices and Policies related to HR functions.
Will provide direct supervision to position numbers C54101 FSN-7 and C54008 FSN-7.
Supervised by Human Resources Management Specialist (N54200, FSN-11)
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration or Public Administration is required.
Education Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration or Public Administration is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: English Level IV (Fluent, Speaking/Reading/Writing) is required (This may be tested). Kiswahili Level III (Good working Knowledge, Speaking/Reading/Writing) is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills are required. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work is required. Must be able to work as a team.
