DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Performing Accurate Bank Reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close process
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Loan processing and portfolio management
General approval of certain limits of facilities as may be directed by the lending policies
Retaining the existing clients by maintaining a healthy relationship between them and the self-help group
Creating new clients relationship through marketing of the various groups products.
Performing any other duties as may be required by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
CPA Sec 6 (Finalist)
Diploma/Degree in accounting will be an added advantage
At least 3 years relevant working experience
Computer literate
Conversant with accounting systems
Marketing skills
Administrative skills
