In the capacity of Marketing manager, the duties and responsibilities are:
Create a clear marketing strategy for all of Tilisi’s products.
Manage and execute Tilisi’s marketing strategy and plan across all products (serviced land and Tilisi Views housing sales) and mediums, digital and traditional above the line marketing.
Manage agencies, producers, designers, consultants and free-lancers to ensure Tilisi’s marketing communication is relevant to the product and audience and always up to date.
Manage and run all marketing events including tours, expos and any other events like conferences.
Ensure that a content plan for social media is created on a monthly basis in advance, with budgets for boosting posts and reporting to the directors on performance.
Direct and manage content creation activities to support the sales team, including flyers, brochures, banners, newsletters, e-shots, videos and product specific collateral.
Manage all of Tilisi’s physical marketing assets and sites such as billboards and other outdoor signage.
Manage relationships with banks and other professional firms such as lawyers, auditors and accountants for Tilisi Views and ensure we are attending events and presenting to potential buyers.
Update the brand manual for any adjustments to logos and new logos
Lead and manage the marketing team which includes an assistant
