Clean Start Solutions works with women and their children impacted by the Criminal Justice System to restore their dignity and hope for a successful re-integration.

Clean Start is the only women-led organization in Kenya with 50 % of the staff being formerly imprisoned and supporting their fellow imprisoned women to get out of the trenches and get back on their feet post imprisonment.

What You’ll Work On

3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a change management professional covering topics like transition timelines, executive recruitment, and future leadership team structure
Coaching on how to engage senior leaders and key funders, and strategies for gaining the commitment of board members and staff to manage a planned or an unexpected transition intentionally

Additional Details

Succession plan for the top management team, CEO and COO.
Current set up has the CEO doubling up with Founder responsibilities. In the future, a separation of the two functions is anticipated. A succession plan would be needed to address this.
