Responsibilities

Work closely with the Digital Agriculture Solutions team to strengthen partner portfolio and build trust.
Work closely with the local commercial team to ensure strategic alignment and drive growth of our partner channel, to enable local commercial targets.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key partner needs and requirements.
Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Profile
Tertiary Qualification in business, post graduate preferable
Experience in agricultural retail environments, food value chains and partnerships
Strong commercial experience in value adding offers to retail channel
Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence current ways of working in a constructive manner
Ability in problem-solving and negotiating
Strong analytical skills
