Applicants must:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management;
Have at least 12 years in a relevant Human Resource Management position, three (3) of which must have served at the position of Senior Human Resource Officer in a public University/institutions of higher learning or equivalent;
Be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid practicing license;
Be proficient in Microsoft Computer Applications;
Be self- Motivated team player with good inter-personal and Communication Skills;
