Milk Procurement & Extension Services Administrator

Reporting to: Milk Procurement & Extension Services Manager
Key Tasks &Responsibilities:

Ensure that all payments and purchases are properly supported and the laid down procedures are followed.
Ensure all relevant account reconciliations are performed for Management decision making.
Ensuring timely payment of cooperatives for milk delivery. Submission of accurate, timely and relevant reports.
Continuous process improvement of services through efficient working. Ensure timely, cost-effective and accountable delivery of raw milk.
Utilize the system to detect fraud activities by Graders.
Acts as an interface between Finance department and third party Suppliers accounts to ensure accuracy and follow up payments in accordance to the agreed terms of relationship.
Ensure departmental costings reports are generated on a daily basis to confirm that the departmental budget is maintained.
Any other duty that may be assigned by your superior from time to time.

Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and result orientated Great customer experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related field. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Must be a team player.
Should demonstrate professional expertise in the relevant work area.
Must be a flexible person who is willing to learn and able to work flexible hours to achieve organizational goals.
Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
