Reporting to the Global Technical Director, you will be responsible for our productive size biogas projects worldwide. This includes the development, implementation and monitoring of our productive size biogas projects from 30 cubic metres and above.
You’ll be in charge of:
Managing proposals and a team of engineers and officers focusing on productive projects.
Adapting our technology platform to offer to large farms and to new markets as food waste and other specific industries.
Improving and standardizing our design and implementation trainings, tools and methodology.
Monitoring the performance of our productive projects.
Optimizing integration of third-party consultant.
More about YOU
You have between 5 and up to 10 years of experience in environmental and energy process design, construction, or commissioning including biogas projects!
You have a Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or equivalent Engineering degree.
A managerial experience would help, but we will support your growth as a manager!
You know how to lead projects with electromechanical, industrial, and civil consultants and contractors.
You are passionate about environmental and social impact.
You thrive in rural context where you meet clients and need to solve unexpected problems on the go.
Field work is what motivates you, but you know how to find a healthy balance between the field and your desk.
You listen and learn while your innovative and creative mind comes up with solutions to improve the status quo.
You are proficient in using AutoCAD.
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft office package.

Travelling to the field in Kenya, 30 % of your time. Opportunity to travel to India.
