Job Description

Location: Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya

The Marketing Executive will actively participate in strengthening the Lapaire brand and growing its awareness in its territory by executing the group’s multi-channel marketing strategy and actively contributing to the marketing plan. He/she will report to the Group Marketing Director and the Regional Offline Marketing Specialist, and will work closely with the Expansion Manager – East Africa.

The mission of the Marketing Executive consists in:

Execute Lapaire’s offline marketing strategy locally.

Understand the marketing plan and share ideas for marketing projects that correspond to Lapaire’s target and objectives in Kenya
Sourcing local partners and service providers (printers, advertising agencies, radio, TV, etc.) and negotiating the best rates
Developing marketing materials
Briefing sales teams on campaigns in collaboration with the Expansion Manager – East Africa
Following up on the execution of marketing campaigns on the field from A to Z
 

Actively contribute to the growth of Lapaire’s digital community.

Create local content for our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Animation and moderation of our online communities to keep our pages alive
Sourcing and managing local influencers representing the Lapaire brand
Contribute to the group’s digital projects
 

Candidate profile

Bsc In Marketing/Communications. Additional Marketing Qualifications Are a Plus.

At least 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a similar position, in an agency or corporate environment.

You have significant experience in marketing project management and likes to work in an always changing environment.

You have an excellent command of digital tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
