About the Role
As an account manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key decision makers to understand what is required to add value in boosting revenue growth, exceeding customer expectations and proper device utilization. You will liaise with cross functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities
Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that their MediaPal is optimised for success, and the partner and it’s key stakeholders are fully trained on how to make best use of the platform
Campaign execution, optimization, and analysis
Understand and work towards campaign KPIs based on client briefs
Budget monitoring and finance reconciliation on a regular basis.
Manage and grow client relationships . This includes conducting regular business reviews and taking a consultative, seller approach to increase client investments.
Build trusted relationships with clients through world class service, as well as identifying and proactively recommending custom solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MediaPal features and serve as an external product/service expert, educating clients on new and existing MediaPal ad solutions and advising on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns.
Work closely with the Tech team to monitor and analyse campaign performance, and make proactive and data-driven recommendations to optimise advertising offerings.
Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams including Ad Ops, Product and R&D to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues.
Supporting in ad-hoc requests from the client or agency teams.
Work to manage custom programs/sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree or Equivalent, in a role related field;
2-3 years + experience within Digital Marketing/account management with a critical focus on account growth
You will need to have hands-on campaign experience; setting up, optimising and reporting using DSPs.
You will need to have a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher offerings.
You should have hands on experience troubleshooting multiple campaign elements including PMPs, creative rejections, pixels not loading
You will have hands on experience of brand safety/ ad verification tools, such as implementation, reporting and optimisation
Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills.
Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations.
Experience analysing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a plus
High attention to detail and very organised
Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking.
Ability to work at a fast pace, high growth environment to support MediaPal quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly
