The Group HR and Restratergy Manager will report to the executive chairman
He or she will be in charge of developments of group restratergy plan, implementation,monitoring and evaluation
Re evaluate all staffs and terminate non strategic staffs
Hire skilled talented staffs and advice the group on retaining good productive and performing staffs
Ensure staffs adhere to all group policies and establish positive work culture
Degree in Hr is added advantage together with all relevant professionals bodies registration
6 years and above experience will be an additional advantage
