Our client, Wotech Kenya Limited which is an engineering company with expertise in providing water and solar solutions is looking for Sales Representatives. The ideal candidates will work in the respective departments and they will be responsible for Business Development and Sales for both solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and marketing of the products and achieving the set target.
Aggressively sourcing for new clients.
Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advising the management.
Identifying new business potentials and developing business for new clients.
Meeting and exceeding set targets.
Source, build and develop prospects so as to achieve sales volumes.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given.
Meet and exceed sales targets through developing effective strategies to increase sales volumes.
Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
Build awareness about the product and educate customers on product usage.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
Report on all sales activities daily, weekly and monthly.
Meet and exceed sales targets by developing relationships within targeted customers.
Introduce new products to the customers.
Managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contacts and prompt resolution of issues.
Keep abreast of the ever changing market, rules and regulations governing the industry.
Requirements
Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of field experience is MUST in similar sector in sales and marketing department-Water sector ( Bore hole drilling / water pumps, water treatment and purification) AND Solar sector ( Solar pumping, solar lighting, solar power generations/backups , domestic and industrial).
Result oriented, matured, and must have a good network to get business.
Performance oriented, decisive and independent.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiations and presentation skills.
A strategic and innovative thinker.
Team working and the ability to network effectively.
