Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be in charge of coordinating and arranging marketing initiatives in order to persuade people to choose Vivo as their preferred fashion brand. This will be accomplished by creating customer profiles and marketing techniques that will increase incremental sales, encourage interaction, and foster social communities among Vivo customers. Furthermore, the Marketing Manager will be in charge of continually seeking prospective new clients for Vivo.
Responsibilities
Strategy

Develop an annual Marketing Plan and create detailed quarterly plans. Key Objectives are to be support commercial goals, build the brand, promote engagement and build community.

Trade Marketing

Ensuring that all marketing materials (both online and in stores) are consistent with our brand identity.
Ensure that all stores are properly branded and that all POS collateral is up to date and supports all retail promotions.
Keep retail workers informed about all marketing initiatives;
Provide in-store and digital assets to support new store openings.
Present fresh marketing and store campaign concepts; evaluate and determine their viability based on budgetary issues and success potential.

Digital Marketing

Experiment with organic and paid acquisition in digital marketing. Create a social media calendar that includes product announcements, contests, crowd sourcing for responses, lead generation (CRM), company accolades, and advertisements, among other things.
Brief the content team on all Vivo assets, including WhatsApp, in terms of creative requirements.
Plan and coordinate promotions on the Vivo digital platforms (new collections, special day celebrations, SALE actions) (website updates, social media and CRM platforms)
Produce valuable and engaging content for our digital channels and blog that appeals to and converts our target audiences while also drawing new ones. Plan the social media campaign with the copy writer and prepare accurate reports on weekly campaign performance. Metrics should include brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, conversion etc.
Determine whether current digital marketing trends may have an impact on the Vivo brand.
Build strategic relationships with major industry players, influencers, and bloggers and form partnerships with them.
Organize the Vivo database into segments. Create a tailored CRM schedule that meets commercial and brand objectives.

Administration

Compile a list of preferred and potential partners or vendors
Update the marketing plan as market dynamics and activities change
Keep track of monthly expenses
Use PowerPoint to capture marketing campaigns and create weekly reports.
Keep the retail team up to date on social media updates.
Update the KPI tracker once a month.

Education and experience

Degree/Diploma in Marketing would be desired.
At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing (with a strong emphasis on digital marketing)
