Job Description
This role is responsible for achieving challenging Asset Finance and Mortgages Sales & service targets. This includes business development and product management. Provide expert support and advice to Bank’s Sales teams and to manage the Consumer Banking Asset finance sales process and sales strategies. Provide expert support and advice to both Retail and SME customers, non-customers and colleagues, responding to referrals and introductions both internal and external. Build wallet share and improve the quality of the Assets and Mortgages portfolio through managing SME and Retail vendor alliances.
Qualifications:
Hold a Bachelors Degree in Business, or finance related field. Masters degree an added advantage.
Professional Banking operations training e.g. AKIB, ACIB, Business Development background
Have a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar position with proven result oriented track record.
Experience in banking industry or a financial institution.
A proven record of successfully managing customer relations and growing a portfolio of financing and asset clients.
