Demonstrated success in building trust and maintaining long-term relationships;

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven working experience as a successful Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role. Minimum 3 years of similar role experience
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Kenya BPO | ICT Market knowledge
Proven experience in Bid, RFP response submission, experienced in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals. Maintain Document template management in line with company branding.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Strong negotiation skills
Proven sales track record
Sales Strategize planning skills
Minimum Bachelors degree in business sales & Marketing or relevant field
