Product Manager is a core brand management role that requires development/adaptation of brand strategy and execution of marketing plans among doctors and pharmacies to drive growth of brands.
Key Responsibilities include :
Drive Topline Sales Revenue through regular marketing support and maintain Expense to Sales (E/S) Ratio.
Develop/ Adapt Annual Brand Plan and in line with it develop/adapt and execute Activity calendar by month by brand to achieve SLS budget.
Develop/Adapt & drive timely execution all promotional Inputs for Doctors (e.g. Visual Aids, LBLs, Doctor Group Meetings etc.), Pharmacies (e.g. Pharmacy Materials, Pharmacy Group Meetings, etc.) & Development of KOLs
Monthly Sales Analysis by brand / SKU – HQ to identify areas of opportunity / challenges & submit appropriate plans
Planning and conducting cycle meetings in liaise with HO – India MPD & Build new product Pipeline – contribute by conducting extensive 1o and 2o market surveys to understand place in therapy, competition, pricing and develop Business Cases
