As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer within Thunes you will be primarily responsible for sourcing and hiring top quality talent around the globe. Being part of the global recruitment team at Thunes means you will often be the first point of contact for candidates, therefore, acting as a brand ambassador always delivering a world class candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Source and secure world class talent for Thunes
Assist the recruitment team in advertising vacancies, sourcing for candidates, scheduling and interviewing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, screening & interviewing, selection as well as the negotiation of offers – all while offering a world class candidate experience
Manage select recruitment agency partners for outsourcing key roles
Identify candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, careers page, user groups, referrals, networking etc
Assist with the execution of recruiting initiatives, including campus and event fair recruiting
Drive new and exciting company wide initiatives across recruitment, D&I, rewards etc

What we are looking for
 

A passionate, quick thinking, creative Talent Acquisition Resourcer
Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment
Experience in managing high volume recruitment activities
International exposure in a Talent Acquisition role
Must possess a can-do, solutions focused approach with a high level of energy and ability to keep abreast of our pace to get things done quickly and at a high standard
Experience with a range of approaches to locate the best talent in each market such as LinkedIn (recruiter licence), job boards, social media channels, events etc
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
