Responsibilities
The Systems Associate will enable secure, reliable information flow to enable optimal decision-making at Mobius Motors. This encompasses the following areas:
Solutions Development Working across teams to understand critical business processes and gaps, then help develop, customize, and/or buy solutions to fit
Implementation – Leading implementation of solutions, inclusive of project management for customization, user acceptance testing, and training
Operations + Maintenance – Maintaining a trustworthy system, inclusive of both hardware and software, and troubleshooting or providing technical support to users as needed
Security – Developing and maintaining secure operations, both at systems-level and in company/user best practices
The Systems Associate will take ownership for supporting the business needs above, which may require expanding responsibilities as needed, additional learning, and tackling new professional challenges beyond what is reflected in this Job Description.
Functional Areas Responsibilities
Solutions Development
Evaluate and recommend systems relevant across all aspects and functions of business
Analysis of existing processes and needs and determining how systems fit or can be adapted
Directly configure and customize solutions to fit needs or oversee external party’s configuring and customization
Responsibilities for solutions/platforms will include:
Product Lifecycle Management Enterprise Resource
Planning Sales/Aftersales/Dealer Management
System Cloud-Based and On-Premises
Storage/Backup Security and Anti-Virus Solutions
Other Productivity Solutions
Implementation
Project manage the rollout of any new or revised systems within timeline and cost requirements
Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and training
Develop materials for users, including standard operating procedures, user instructions/manuals, and training sessions
Operations + Maintenance
Oversee maintenance of IT and data operations, including hardware, network requirements
Onboard new users for hardware and software
Provide troubleshooting and additional training as needed Security
Oversee security and integrity of hardware, software assets, and data
Proactively identify risks and problematic areas and implement strategic solutions
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Implement and maintain measures to protect business, including anti-virus, redundancy, and disaster recovery

Knowledge & Skills Description
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science or related field
Project management experience
ERP or other enterprise-wide system implementation experience
Functional Knowledge & Skills
Rigorous, hypothesis-driven problem-solving ability
Understanding of, and ability to apply, strategic concepts to business problems
In-depth knowledge of analytics to draw insights from data and make recommendations
Business process design and analysis experience preferred
Technology solutions experience (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.) preferred
Advanced MS Office skills
SQL / Understanding of database structures.
Scripting or Programming experience.
Server set up and administration experience.
SQL Server setup and admin experience.
Windows Hypervisor experience.
Network Topology Design & optimisation including firewall and proxy setup, Active Directory Configuration, VPN set-up and management.
Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure set-up and integration (beneficial)
General
