We are hiring two new members of the Support Specialist’s team in Kilimani, Nairobi. This is an exciting opportunity to be right at the heart of this rapidly growing start-up. Support Specialists are required to provide support to businesses by taking on variety of tasks. Training and work equipment will be provided.
Your Key Tasks
This position reports to the founders. Responsibilities may include the following:
Lead Generation
Completing Market Research
Interpreting data and creating data summary presentations
Completing data entry projects
Scheduling tasks and managing other appointments
Filtering email and responding to inquiries
Assisting with social media management
Database management
Other tasks as needed
Your Profile
Based in Nairobi and able to commute to Kilimani
Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma
3+ years of working as an assistant or relevant experience
Ability to multi-task

Typing (at least 40 to 60 words a min)
