Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintaining accounts on EXCEL
Maintaining petty cash
Maintaining fuel expense
Preparing cheques and swifts for banking
Collection of payments
Dispatch of payments
Know how on NTSA system online
Maintaining vehicle records
Any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative officer
Proficient in MS Office and databases
4+ Years work experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
