Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Research and identify new potential customers and penetrate new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Collaborate with the MSI London Support Office to introduce new product lines and ensure sales team members are on board

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent
Proven work experience as a Commercial Products Sales Manager in FMCG environment
Skills and personal attributes:
Excellent communicator – both written and spoken
Excellent leadership and management skills leading diverse teams at a distance
Analytical skills with a problem–solving attitude
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Team player who accepts constructive criticism and is comfortable with giving constructive criticism.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
