We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Telemarketing Agent, Jubilee Life Insurance Limited. The position holder will report to the Operations Manager and will be based at Head Office, Nairobi.
Role Purpose
The jobholder will be responsible for contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. The job holder should have excellent communication
skills as well as sales ability and should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a
sale.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase our products
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers’ questions on the products.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers

Qualifications
Diploma in Marketing/ Sales, Business, or in a business–related field
BCom. (Marketing or in a business–related field will be an added advantage
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
