Digital Strategy Reporting Officer

Eligibility criteria Minimum age: 25 years old. Nationals of the country of assignment are not eligible, except the assignments in Headquarters duty stations. Description of task
Under the direct supervision of the Digital Strategy Section Chief the International UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:

Assist in the updating and maintenance of information sharing and planning tools used across the web, social media, news, publications, internal communications, graphic design, multimedia and campaign teams
Research issues related to digital strategy best practices and innovation
Plan knowledge sharing events and carry out one-on-one training sessions
Collect and organize data on digital communications activities
Contribute to the drafting of digital strategies and plans, content, analytics reports and standard operating procedures
Carry out support tasks related to the production of online events and digital campaigns

Qualifications/Requirements Required degree level Bachelor degree or equivalent Educational additional comments
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, marketing, computer science, environmental science or a related field
Required experience 36 Months Experience remark

Minimum of 3 years experience working on digital platforms
Excellent writing and organizational skills are required.
Knowledge of issues related to digital communications platforms and strategies
Experience using project management coordination platforms like Trello and/or Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

Language skills

English(Mandatory), Level – Fluent
