Act as the initial point of contact for all in-bound leads or inquiries from potential buyers and sellers
Understand and document the wants/needs, budget, etc. of all potential buyers and communicating the same to the Sourcing team; provide a “curated” customer experience
Coordinate the hand-off of an interested seller with the Sourcing team for the purposes of pre-screening, inspection, etc.
Communicate with the seller regarding the result of inspection and assist seller to set up account and let the car go live
Understand and document the wants/needs, asking prices, etc. of all potential sellers and communicating the same to the Sourcing and others on the CS team
Manage ongoing engagement with potential buyers following initial contact(s) to understand where they are in the buying process and follow-up / take action accordingly, including but not limited to matchmaking efforts with other listed vehicles on the platform
Manage ongoing engagement with potential sellers following initial contact(s) and successful listing of vehicle to understand price wants/needs, timing, and vehicle availability
Ensure cars listed on our website are available, communicating with sellers and removing cars sold through other means, etc.
Liaise with Peach team and car owner / other relevant parties (when/if needed) to coordinate / facilitate car viewings, test drives, negotiations, and sales processes
Act as the representative of the potential buyers and/or sellers in negotiations with other parties (sellers and buyers, respectively), in the case of a possible sale
Coordinate engagement between potential buyers and third party service providers (e.g. finance partner), when applicable
Work with Customer Success team, leadership, and others to design, develop, and deploy improvements to ^these systems/processes
