Kwara is looking for a driven, experienced engineer manager to join our Engineering Team. You will be working across squads, ensuring our engineering team is functioning at it’s best capacity.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate work of engineers with Product Manager
Gauge progress of various engineering projects
Communicate effectively across squads and departments
Ensure strong engineering team and culture
Determining the need for training and talent development.
Hiring contractors and building teams
Develop high-quality software features and architecture
Your qualifications
If backend engineer, Ruby; If frontend engineer, React
Strong problem solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with many other teams
Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
Interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers
Ability to give constructive criticism
