Primary Purpose
This position is responsible for organizing, leading, and executing the implementation of RSC Africa’s various special projects within the Administration division. The position would improve coordination of Administration projects minimizing duplication of efforts which will increase productivity and better time delivery for routine tasks and projects.
Supervision
This position reports directly to the RSC Africa Deputy Director for Administration (DDA)
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Project Management, Social Sciences or a relevant course; Master’s degree is preferred
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant paid work experience is required; preferably in an international organization.
Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrated institutional knowledge of RSC Africa and USRAP processing
Excellent results–driven project management skills
Resilient self–starter who takes ownership of projects while working collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working across diverse geographies and cultures (advantageous)
