Our beauty advisors are our brand ambassadors, charged to help customers find the right products by giving advice and product demonstrations when required, closing online leads and ensuring each online shopping experience is memorable and the client is satisfied. He/she will be responsible for making personalized recommendations to customers and clients, assist in the online purchase process and drive sales goals for their team. Our beauty advisors should possess an excellent knowledge of the company products, ongoing offerings, and campaigns.

Qualifications
Passion for the beauty industry
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
Previous experience as beauty advisor selling luxury brands or similar role
Flexibility with work schedule
Ability to demonstrate the proper use of various products
1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales preferably online
Premier sales acumen to create, build and maintain relationships.
An ability to aggressively pursue sales through innovative marketing
Ability to prioritize and focus on tasks that have a direct impact on sales performance
