Job Brief
To ensure an efficient service delivery of the operations department to our internal and external clients through proactive management of the administration and investment operations processes that ultimately ensures 1st class client experience .
Job Purpose
To ensure efficient service delivery of the operations department to our internal and external clients through proactive management of the administration and investment operations processes that ultimately ensures 1st class client experience and efficient operation of the office
Main Responsibilities

Clients Management- including seamless client onboarding and servicing
Trades Management-timely and efficient settlement of executed trades in different sub-Saharan markets
Reporting and Reconciliations-timely reconciliation of clients assets with the custodians as well as accurate monthly reporting to clients
Development (Innovations and Change Management)- participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience
Managing the Managing Director’s office and calendar
Front office management
General WorkSpace, Utilities and Services management
Timely procurement of goods and services for an efficient operation of the office within the group procurement procedures

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Two  years experience in a client-facing role
Planning and organization skills
Experience in an operations department in an Asset Management firm is an added advantage
