Warehouse & Admin Fellow – Kilifi

About the role
The Warehouse & Admin Fellow will be required to provide support to the Admin/Warehouse Associate based in Kilifi.
Duties and Responsibilities

Office Admin

Conduct line tours within the office area and at the washroom
Ensure that cleaning is done at the company’s house.
Visit the company’s house twice a week Monday and Friday for meter reading and checking if everything is in order.
Following up on invoices monthly for the utilities, KLF house as well.
Booking for employees coming to KLF, also assisting in settling down.
Running errands in town. Mostly twice a week. purchase of items on the local vendor.
Assist in conducting stock counts – done on monthly basis.

Warehouse
Cleaning and arranging the warehouse, done every Monday during the stock count.
Updating the trackers
Daily Work order issuances
Kitting of Materials
Daily Issuances of raw materials to specific user departments
Managing stock counts and Spot checks
Participate and perform inventory cycle counts and inventory annual physical audits.
Ensure compliance of warehouse security procedures and health and safety according to company standards.
Maintain accurate records of materials received and dispatched out of the warehouse.
Ensure compliance of warehouse security procedures and health and safety according to company standards.
Ensuring adherence to all inventory procedures required to maintain accurate tracking.
Able to integrate good warehouse keeping practices.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
Experience working in a fast paced environment will be an added advantage
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
