Logistics Officer – Abnormal Operations Logistics Officer – Sign Management

Starting Date: Immediately
We invite you to be part of our team by submitting your application to the following role based in Mlolongo.
Reports to the Senior Courier Management Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

Daily follow up and management of orders dispatched out of the warehouse.
Maintain a close working relationship with the courier partners in relation to order tracking.
Logistics abnormal orders follow up
Working closely with customer service team.
Developing integrated customer service solutions in terms of delivery efficiency.
Be ready to complete any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Who Are You?
Required Skills and Competencies:

At least 2 years’ experience in logistics operations or a similar position.
Skilled in large data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word.
Logistic management experience is preferable
Preferably candidates with working experience in a courier and logistics company.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail oriented person.
Ability to work under pressure.
